Some other shrimp toast recipes use more ingredients, but I wanted to keep this simple to really highlight the beautiful shrimp in this dish. We’ll usually make a ton together, freeze them, and re-fry them in the air fryer whenever we want them □ This shrimp toast was seriously so good! Decadent, crispy, chewy, with a nice shrimpy flavor – everything you’d want in a good snack!
